Overview
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or phone.
All our products are securely shipped in brand new corrugated boxes, put inside water-resistant and tear-proof mailers for protection, so you do not have to worry about shipping issues (*all products, manufactures before Nov 1st 2020, are packed in white OEM corrugated box).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) (if applicable). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours (if applicable).
Damages
We are not liable for any products' damages or loss during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We offer shipping via USPS (several options), FedEx (several options). The shipping options are seen at checkout and vary depending on your location and the weight and value of your order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot refund shipping fees if your package arrives late.
We do not ship to hotels or mail forwarders. We may not be able to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Not all shipping options are available to all locations.
We do not offer "local pick up" option.
Sales Tax
Domestic sales tax for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping

Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees associated with customs clearance or international imports are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office and DHL, UPS or USPS for an estimate of any additional fees.
