Returns

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us and we do our best you receive positive experience with our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit or an exchange.

To initiate a return process, please use "Contact Us" form or email us feedback@iot-bots.com before returning any packages. We accept returns of new unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date, but you will have to pay for the return shipping. The initial shipping charge is not refundable unless the product received damaged or defective. 

We do not accept any returns on orders that are over 6 months old. 

You can cancel an order free of charge if we receive your cancellation request before your order processing started. However, once your payment processed, credit card company will charge us a fee. So we will charge you 3.5% credit card processing fee (4,5% fee for international orders) to cancel an order if we receive your request after your payment processed. And, if you decide to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you find any issue with our products received, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve all issues found and make you happy with this purchase. To initiate an exchange process, please use "Contact Us" form or email us feedback@iot-bots.com before returning any packages.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
